Company Secretary Course is one of the most preferred Professional Course for Commerce Students. Students of other Stream may also pursue this Course. CS Course is conducted by ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) which is regulated by MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India).

There are total three Stages in Company Secretary Course.
A student willing to start CS after 12th Exams need to appear in CS Executive Entrance Exams. But in the following cases, there is no need to clear CSEET Exams.

A student pursuing CS Course is required to complete the following requirements, as per the new training structure:
Company Secretary is the back bone of a Company. He has to perform multiple tasks in a Company. A Company Secretary may also start his own practice. A Company Secretary is eligible to perform Secretarial Audit u/s 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.
